Many thanks to Ford for helping me work through a bug in the system. He went over and above by helping to building out 2 new forms when the editing function wasn't working. Both forms are now working great!

Groove posts fake 5 star reviews since May 2nd 2024.

It's been clear that since May 2nd 2024, the company has been engaged in FALSIFYING their Trustpilot score.On May 1st 2024 the actual score for Groove on Trustpilot was 2.3, with mostly bad (1-2 star) but honest reviews by duped customers from all over the world, and written over the course of many years.In March a lot of their top level affiliates were ditched, even big names, as the company made them lose their FB groups. Since the first week of May 2024, it is clear that the pattern and rating of reviews is not natural, moving it in less than 2 WEEKS from 2.3 stars to "great" (4 stars).On July 18th 2023, as evidenced by screenshots sent to and logged by Trustpilot, their COO wrote a fake 5 star review here for Groove, the company he is a founding partner of. It was later removed as this scrupulous practice by the company was pointed out.Anyone, hopefully @Trustpilot as well, can notice that this PATTERN IS NOT NATURAL and that their intention is to sucker and scam more people into their overhyped, underdelivering groove.cm and groove.ai products, that are buggy, have never been completed even to close what they promised on sales videos and presentations, and have even extremely bad Google SEO when you check the site on Pagespeed.Shame on you, Groove. We trusted you as Lifetime Platinum Customer with our money. How much lower can you go?

Incredible Customer Service

I was having an issue that was causing significant delays on a project of mine. I reached out to the Groove Digital team and within under an hour, I had not only a resolution, but the team had created a personal video for my issue, showing me how to solve it for future reference.Special mention to Vani Pandya for all of her help throughout the issue. Extremely impressed.

One of my favourite things about Groove…

One of my favourite things about Groove is the live support. I was working with Joey today (who I've worked with before) and he is always patient and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. He does not rush the support, explains things well, and always ensures that I have been able to resolve my challenge. All of the live support agents at Groove have been really wonderful!
