Ok technology and platform but greedy founders

Ok so, I have switched from CF to Groove for most of their apps and have been a platinum member since 2020. As of now, i have built my businesses around the Groove platform.Due to the huge number of apps, the whole suite is kinda buggy and they take years to solve these bugs.And if we talk about current customer support, its a joke. I have personally talked with community manager Robert Murray and even Jhon Garcia about the bugs i am having and due to this, i am standing on the edge of launching my products and services...Apart of that, instead of iterating the inbuild products and fulfill the oaths they took with us like other apps like groove survey, quiz platform etc, they focused on building different apps like groove designer and groove AI and started promoting the ass out of this to the existing user base...This is a SIN. If the founders and stakeholders are genuinely listening and analyzing these reviews, they need to address these issues as soon as possible to make a possible return where gohighlevel has already taken the subsequent market share and now Skool has also begun.....

Unacceptable Delay in Commission Payment

I've been a staunch supporter of this company since its inception, having been there from the very beginning when Groove Kart was launched. However, my current experience has left me seething with frustration due to the egregious delay in receiving the commission for a sale made back in February 2022.Despite my unwavering support and previous commission payments for older sales, the commission from February 2022 remains unpaid. My attempts to seek resolution through chat support, which has mysteriously become inaccessible, and emails have been met with complete silence. Even reaching out to Jhon Garcia, the Chief of Customer Support, has yielded no response.This utter lack of communication and the prolonged delay in addressing this payment issue is absolutely unacceptable. As someone who has stood by this company since its inception, I am deeply disappointed and angered by the disregard for loyal affiliates.I demand immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution. The silence and inaction are eroding the trust I once had in this company's commitment to its supporters.Frustratedly, Omar

Need to Train Customer Service Team

I started as a FREE member and after few months decided to paid for the Lifetime Platinum Membership, but it wasn't updated in the system. Now, when I enter the platform they are transferring me to a promotional page to get upgraded. It has been 3 months since I was contacting the support team and they don't know how to fix the issue! Therefore for 3 months, I couldn't update the events on my site! I am very disappointed! Now they said that perhaps the problem is because I created 2 accounts, but the reality is that I DID not create a second account, I just upgraded from FREE to Lifetime Premium Account.

Extreme Frustration with Groove!

If groove does not invest in making their platform more user friendly and functional, and work on their customer service response time and effectiveness, they will loose customers.....I invested in the lifetime premium package years ago with all the awesome promises...it seems to still be in BETA and is extremely glitchy! My current email list at the moment has no first names...they all disappeared! I had to search for them and found them in the membership contacts...so went and manually added them back in...why did this happen?! The funnel/page builders are not user friendly...I feel emotionally drained every time I log in! And the ultimate Worse Thing and completely demoralizing is the fact that their customer service sometimes takes months to get answers/resolved...I started inquiring about a commission payment I was due from December last year and was back and forth, back and forth until 6 months later they finally get back to me telling me that they don't pay out until after two sales....why could they not have told me this from the beginning...they kept promising that the payment was going to be made....A lead magnet opt in I built wasn't working either...we were back and forth for months and it still was not resolved...so I literally scrapped it and moved it off the groove platform...and the glitches of Groove Mail and the of the web views in Groove pages is seriously scary as I am about to launch my business....In invested a lot in this platform and I pray they get their act together and focus on fixing their products and customer service instead of the never ending upsells they continue to flood their customers with.I know they will ask for a reference number for my communication with support...even that I can't find...when I go into previous chat conversations in the help desk area...they come up, but when you click on them to get the details...I get a message that it's not available...One more thing...no idea if this is related to groove...but the minute I tried sending my first email broadcast (yes with that list that had the disappearing names!) my email ip address was blocklisted....this happened two days ago so I'm working with my internet provider to see if they can help me in getting a new ip...hoping it doesn't happen again!

I really regret investing in the…

I really regret investing in the Lifetime purchase of Groove. Over $2K - this was supposed to make things easier. Now I find the thought of creating a funnel emotionally exhausting while I try to figure out the way Groove works. This was supposed to replace many of the apps I'm paying for with their "coming soon" apps. After purchasing only to discover, these apps have been coming soon for years. The lack of integration makes a need for "duct tapping" using other apps that will cost more money. I would have been better off just getting something for my direct need, saving my money, time, and disappointment. I so wish I could get my investment back and not feel stuck with this company. I'm considering just chalking it up as a loss and moving on. Because the sunk cost fallacy is real and I may just start looking for alternatives and try to quickly forget about this experience. I wish I could just get my money back
