Got a phone call on Friday to say bed was being delivered on Tuesday between 3-5pm. On the Tuesday morning got a call from the delivery driver to say they were early can they deliver the bed at 13.30 which was good. Bed all made up and first night was strange getting used to a different bed had good night sleep though. Would recommend them as very thorough and the sales guy was nice and helpful definitely recommend
Quicker delivery of my chair than expected. Home delivery and installation about 10 minutes! Came when promised. Minor fault = loop on wrong side and therefore control on unchosen side, but chose not to bother with waiting for alteration. Happy with item comfort.
I had Kevin Shaw visit at my home today to demonstrate their chairs and talk through each step of how they are made to perfection for an individual like myself who has had problems finding a chair that is suitable for my size.
