What a great and caring company. The female receptionist was pleasant and very helpful, with continuing help if required.Simon & James were great with delivery of my recliner chair. Even cleaned my carpet from debri when placing chair. What a team. Funny, kind and helpful.Peter who did original demonstration was pleasant, kind and thoughtful. Then I received a thank you card from Peter. How thoughtful was that. And to top it off, vouchers and a small teddy bear from the Grosvner Co. Never have I ever had such special treatment from any company for an 84yr old lady with severe disabilities. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended company from beginning to end. Your staff are second to none. I will always be extremely grateful for all you did for me. One very happy customer.
Clive Boorman came to see us . When we told him our requirements, he looked and measured our bed and gave us good and sound advice. He is honest and knowledgeable with his advice. I will recommend Grosvenor mobility to anyone especially to my family and friends.
After much searching and three home visits and Demonstration of Beds and Recliner Sofas we chose Grosvenor Mobility. No regrets. They are very professional in the Demonstration of their products which includes a trial, choice of fabrics and affordability. The bed and sofas arrived 6 weeks after ordering. Installed safely all areas left clean and tidy with a very friendly and competent service. We are so happy with our choices and the quality of Grosvenor Mobility products. Being British another good reason for us to purchase.
The Rep Kevin Shaw was on time, After a brief chat he brought in the demonstration bed, he explained in full and clear details how to operate the controls and how it all worked. In all a very good visit, so good that we decided to order. Looking forward to the delivery and my wife hopefully and finally getting a good nights sleep.
I can quite honestly say I received very friendly, and very helpful, advice from beginning to end. Helpful information and friendly advice during the demonstration. Plus delivery of the item carried out in a very friendly manner. The service I received by all parties involved was excellent!
I was worried about buying a new electric bed as had heard many horror stories but so happy I found Kevin Shaw from Grosvenor. He couldn't have been more helpful and took the time to go through all my concerns. My bed was made up to order and I love it!! The after care team have been so helpful too.
