An all round complete & informative experience.

The home demo with Alex was extremely helpful as my wife has limited mobility. The installation by James & Simon was very efficient ,especially as we have to use 2 different exits to accommodate the removal of the 2 sofas. They also checked & demonstrated how the chairs work.

We wanted a Dual purpose good quality upriser bed

Wanted a upriser bed and saw an advert on tv for Grosvenor beds so emailed them to arrange an appointment. They were quick to respond with a date and a representative from the firm came to our house. He was very polite and informed me of what we could purchase and brought a sample bed indoors for us to see and try (just framework with mattress not a complete bed). After deciding to purchase a dual upriser bed a price was agreed and what extras we would like one of which was a massager incorporated within the mattress. We were told a 4-6 weeks delivery and they would dispose of our current bed and mattress (to a needing family). We had a lovely card from the representative a few days later thanking us for the purchase etc which was a very nice touch. We were phoned 4 weeks later to say the bed was ready for them to deliver. Two men turned up and took old bed away and installed new dual bed (2 x single joined together with separate motors)One explained and showed us how the beds worked. The whole procedure from start to finish was about three quarters of an hour. We were given a gift box with a teddy that was wearing a red jacket with Grosvenor written on it and he was holding a small pxt of shortbread biscuits. Everything from start to finish was professional and we have had excellent sleeps in our new beds

I enquired for a brochire 1st by email, had a nice email back from Vikki, she was very nice and i spoke to her, and i had a very nice gentleman called Nigel to give me a demostration of 1 of the chairs, luckily he was on the same wavelength as me, on time and he explained everything he should of,

Satisfying buying experience the chair in our home and…

Seeing the chair in our home and ordering a different fabric was great . Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales man. Delivered by two men with very little disruption. Explained how it worked and took our old chair away.

Double electric bed

Cameron, a Salesman from Grosvenor Mobility came to see us on a wet Sunday afternoon. He gave us lots of information and demonstrated bed and mattress with a small version of an electric bed. We were very impressed and ordered a bed. Cameron told us it would be 4 to 6 weeks. After just 3 weeks had a phone call to say bed was ready. Delivered the week we asked for and within the time specified. Delivery men very polite and did a good job constructing the bed.Could highly recommend this company and Cameron who was most helpful.

Disappointing

My Mum and Dad bought rise and recline chairs from this company. The chair for my Dad is ok but the chair for my Mum is totally unsuitable. I could see as soon as I looked at it that the seat depth is far too long for her hip to knee measurements. However, the company have been out to look at it twice and they say it's correct so what can you do? The final letter they sent earlier this year says they are unable to make any further adjustments. Therefore she is stuck with an uncomfortable chair that hurts the back of her legs and is thousands out of pocket. Very sad for an 89 year old lady.Thanks for your response but the issue is that the chair is too big for her so fixing the motor will not resolve the problem

Their aftercare and service is absolute…

Their aftercare and service is absolute rubbish. It took 2 weeks for an engineer to come out and then we have been waiting at least 3 weeks for the part to arrive with no light at the end of the tunnel. Meanwhile as an ms sufferer I am suffering to get myself off the seat. In my opinion tgey shoukd be avoided at all costs

Stop preying on vulnerable people...you…

Stop preying on vulnerable people...you took advantage of my elderly parents...its taken a few months to get out of them that you charged them 17 thousand pounds for 2 chairs and of all things a rise and recliner 2 seater sofa that they dont need they dont even sit on it....17 THOUSAND POUNDS ...PRESSURE SELLING ROBBERS..even the delivery was rushed......and over in ten minutes.....17 THOUSAND POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give you no stars but it won't let me.....steer clear of this company.....EDIT.....My parents dont know I have done this as they are elderly and vulnerable....there postcode is HP7 9HZ MRS J BAILEY...They were sold the sofa for 3 thousand. As a deal lol ..making each chair 7.5 thousand each.whoooo... there is also a trade in on their old suit..so in effect it was more than the 17 GRAND
