I had total confidence in Luke Jones and his medical team which was not misplaced.The only issue I experienced was with HCA admin who did arrange my pre op procedure which resulted in a last minute intervention by Luke to resolve
Mr White explained the cause of the shoulder pain as well as clearly laying all the options available to improve my shoulder rotator cuff issue, which resulted in surgery. We discussed and agreed the different surgery approaches. Before and after the surgery the teams were great. It has resulted in full mobility as I recover.
I can only describe my experience with Mr Hislop as exemplary. His diagnosis, treatment and post operative care were nulli secundus. Similarly, the overall experience of my hospital stay, was superb. I cannot fault the whole process as being the best one could hope for. Thank you so much.

Mr. Sinnett was super thorough in his description of my injury after reviewing my MRI, made his assessment for treatment and actioned the radiologist to administer my injection under ultrasound then and there and I was on my way home within 2 hours already having felt relief ! Moreover, he is rather pleasant and doesn’t over treat ! Looking forward to a full recovery .

I came to Dr. White after suffering a biceps rupture at the gym while performing a dumbbell curl. My biceps snapped at full extension, and I saw Dr. White the following Wednesday. He immediately arranged an MRI for Thursday, and by Monday morning I was already scheduled for surgery, which went extremely well.During the initial consultation, Dr. White took the time to clearly explain my injury, the procedure, as well as the risks and benefits.
