They do not take back any shoes unless you have your USPS tracking number. They will not send back the shoes or refund your money even if you sent all of your information in the box when you sent back the shoes & the shoes are ugly. DO NOT BUY!!!! Scam, fraud, cheaters.
I love my shoes. I got the white/yellow and they are so light so you don't feel like you're not wearing shoes at all. I get many complimentson them. I wouldn't go hiking in them but they are great for shopping, taking a walk, or just worrying you might step on something and cut your foot. Just a casual yet comfy shoe!
Shoes came in and they are not GREAT! Say there is a 30-day guarantee but reviews I read (and you would think I should know better to read after I GET the product) say you won't get your money back. I have found Synoshi and other companies that make their products look great online have all kinds of ways to not refund. Synoshi makes you send the items back to GERMANY when they are shipped from the Northeast! So, let's all quit ordering these gimmicky things and stick with verifiable companies who actually answer their phones!
I ordered a pair of shoes from Grounded Footwear in early October, and the laced had not been encapsulated in the black end as one lace was. I thought, "This will be easy with an honest company, but maybe I am not dealing with an honest company. They offered to send me a new pair, and I agreed. The next email was telling me that they were taking 17% off the $79.99 shoes, and I could keep the damaged pair. That is not what was offered or what I agreed to on Order #226700.
The picture of the shoes is not accurate, the will not stand up, they are cloth and worthless and then when you send them back they drag it out and then say you have to have a tracking number to get a refund which is impossible so it's a scam.
