Review Time
This will be my third time I’ve written a review and it just disappeared. I’m so stressed and appalled with my experience. I ordered barefoot sneakers which I thought were $28.00 that was through Amazon not grounded footwear when I received the sneakers I was charged $69.00 I returned them immediately. I was charged $7.00 for shipping. I contacted Grounded Footwear giving the tracking number only to learn there was an additional charge of $9.99. Therefore I was out of pocket of $17.00 for absolutely nothing. I checked to make sure of how it could have gone do wrong. Grounded Footwear a price of $55.99 30 day return free by 4/8. Never saw this barefoot sneaker with a price of $69.00 I’m elderly and would never spend that on these barefoot sneakers. This company is a disgrace and dishonest. They are taking advantage of people who have trust that they are dealing with honesty. I therefore will contact the Better Business Bureau and take it from there to another complaint venue,,till I get satisfaction for how I was taking advantage of this company. Grounded Footwear.
Shoes had a horrible rubber odor. Had a lot of trouble getting a refund because I lost the tracking number. Thanks to a wonderful postal worker, I found my receipt. But they kept $10 for shipping, which was not in their ad and I paid $9 to return the shoes. Ad said 100% guaranteed BIG LIE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Yesterday, I placed an order for just one pair (not four!) of footwear & was so inundated with the high pressure sales ad-ons to my order that I had to keep clicking on ‘no thanks’ to the point that it made me so mad 😡 that I cancelled my order & promptly asked for a refund. I received an email letting me know I would hear back re: my refund in 1-2 business days. Well, that was a lie because today I get an email letting me know my order had shipped & that I was supposed to be happy as a clam! NOT! I let their spokesperson know I was not a happy camper & would be posting the negative review earned on Trustpilot where I have been told I have a following of over 1,200 followers to which I humbly say To God Be The Glory & many thanks to Him, Trustpilot, & all of my followers! Grade earned by Grounded Footwear today: Big Fat F!
REPORT TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION/ ALERT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT COMPANY, LIKE I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL.So, I ordered two pair in mid December. I knew better. So $135.00 later, mid JAN 1924, they wont refund because I lost my tracking number.WHERE does it say in the ad?They have my Name, address, order number, and date purchased. They have my return which I paid $16. A true scam….saw BTW, exact/identical shoes on TEMU for $8.00 a pair. Everything comes from China.
THEY ARE FINE AS A HOUSE SHOE, BUT I LIVE ON A FARM AND WANTED A COMFORTABLE SHOE FOR GARDENING, THESE WON'T BE IT! TOO MUCH UNEVEN GRAVEL OUT THERE, AND REVIEWS SAID THEY WEREN'T GOOD ON SHARP GROUND. I WON'T BE TRYING TO RETURN THEM AFTER HEARING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE'S TROUBLE DOING THAT. ALSO, I WAS DISTRIBED THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN INVOICE E-MAIL LIKE ALL OTHER MAIL ORDER COMPANIES DO. DEFINITELY PIE-IN-ITHE SKY ADVERTISING!!
