Review Time
I received my shoes very quickly! Wore them around the house and decided they were just not as supportive as I need. I contacted customer support and they replied within hours. Offered a huge discount & I could keep the shoes or I could send them back (my expense but it clearly states that b4 buying). Very good communication and customer support!
The shoes are somewhat comfortable, they don't feel like anything is on my feet. However, I was hoping for a thicker sole to help eliminate feeling the hardness when walking on concrete or the grocery store floors. The pull tab is too long, I've had to figure out a way to keep it out of my way when walking. I wore them while helping family move furniture. They were not the best at protecting my feet.
This footwear is comfortable, does not press uncomfortably on my step, stays on my feet, and can get wet without any issues. I have not had it long enough to see how it will hold up overtime, but at the price, I think I will be pleased with that as well.
I was really excited to try these shoes since I prefer to walk barefoot inside. However, I have found I need more arch support for everyday activities outside so I don't feel comfortable wearing them for extended periods of time. I will try to gradually increase the time wearing them to see if that helps. Since I bought 2 pairs, I will likely be returning one.
