These shoes are different then regular shoes as expected. However, they are not as comfortable as advertised for someone with any problems in their feet. After only a little more than two months, the material has ripped away from the sole on both shoes. Definitely not worth the money! When I informed customer service, they wanted to sell me another pair for $5 off & free shipping. I don't think so!
First and foremost, the Grounded Footwear team is exceptional. They were quick to respond to all my concerns, demonstrating flexibility towards requests (i.e., providing immediate refunds or savings adjustments), and showed genuine empathy. All who responded were an absolute pleasure to talk to.The shoes I bought have improved my gait and almost completely removed intense muscle pain in my feet. When stress hits, I tense the muscles in my feet subconsciously. I am amazed at how much better I felt in only a few days of walking in them. I have been wearing my new shoes almost all hours of the day (indoors and outdoors). They are comfortable, lightweight, and even give me the ability to reduce noise as I walk (perfect for nature walks). I feel even, balanced, and refreshed when wearing my Grounded Footwear shoes and get genuinely excited to slip into comfort at the beginning of each day.
I bought one pair and then the second pair half off. I thought I would give these shoe a try since they advertised comfort for neuropathy sufferers. I do know they are very comfortable and I can wear them all day without discomfort.The shoes are light and fit well. Also, they are easy to clean; just rinse and air dry.
