Review Time
Ordered shoes on grounded footwear site. I put in correct info for shipping and billing . However the shipping address got changed after order processed. I noticed it and emailed the company because it was late at night. Called customer service the next morning— very early. Told that shoes were already shipped! Told to call USPS to change address. That did not work. I was able to contact the company that was at the address it was shipped to ( which by the way is across the country— yes a different state) than I am in. They said they would write “return to sender nosuchperson at this address. They did— very nice,However watching the tracking after that has been excruciatingly crazy. Looking at USPS tracking it appears it is again goung back to the wrong adress— not back to Grounded Footwear. Ispoke to customer service again today and was told that this process is what happens. Itold themIwanted a refund and the guy said” oh we will ship it to you at the correct address when we get it from you”. I said that I had told them before I did not want these shoes sent to me I wanted a refund. This is horrible! I will call back in a week to see if I can get through tosomeone with authority and understanding and some sense. Iwillnever order from them again.
Being seventy two with spinal stenosis, extensive arthritis, and a problematic right knee has not been the best scenario for taking my dog for a walk three to four times a day. I saw the Grounded Footwear shoe, and after reading about it I thought I would give it a try. After receiving them I decided to give them a try for at least one week to see if they would help. Surprisingly the shoes are extremely comfortable, and my toes have room to move freely. It has been about one month since I started wearing the shoes, and can honestly say they are helping to make my dog walks better and less painful.
This is my first pair of the shoes, I can find it very difficult because of a very swollen ankle and being disabled, to find shoes that are safe and comfortable and supportive for me to wear, thank you these are brilliant worth every penny
I received my Grounded foot wear about a week ago and have worn them every day since then. I have two pairs one is black & other is white. I LOVE THEM! I am 80 years old and not as steady walking as I used to be but when wearing these shoes I actually feel more steady and sure of myself even going up and down stairs! I can honestly say that these shoes are the most comfortable pair I have ever worn! I highly recommend them to anyone! I ordered them online and it was a very easy process and delivery was only a few days!
They arrived quickly and they feel great on my feet, I really don't like wearing shoes but these are so comfortable almost like not wearing shoes at all. I got them for an upcoming beach trip because I am healing from a broken femur. I think they'll do just what I need.
The first day wearing the shoes the ball of my feet were killing me. By the 3rd day my heels were killing me to, so I stopped wearing the shoes for work. They have no support for standing all day, just not enough sole. I would return them but I got them really dirty from my job in those 3 days. I'm not sure what they are good for, maybe I'll try taking them to the beach and wear them as my water shoes.
