Review Time
It seemed to take forever for my shoes to arrive. I’m thinking three or four weeks. But it’s OK, because once they arrived, I immediately put them on and I was in heaven! They are by far the most comfortable pair of shoes I ever owned. I have problem feet. I’ve had a couple surgeries on my toes And I do need a shoe with a little more support but also with a wide toebox, While I don’t wear these shoes 100% of the time I do wear them every day. I highly recommend these shoes. I would get another pair no problem. Just be mindful, these shoes offer no support. If comfort is what you’re looking for then by all means order these shoes.
These shoes are so very comfortable and it is true that I have no foot pain while wearing them. I have been wearing Hoka shoes with loads of padding, which are also great, but I have the sensation that my foot is sliding off the rubber "platform" and my feet are in a box. The Grounded pair (I bought my regular size 9 in white) have now replaced the Hokas for almost all of my walking. Plus, they look great with shorts, casual pants and dresses/skirts. Love them and will likely buy more as more colors come out.
I found myself wearing this barefoot shoes for at least 16 to 17 hours and not noticed that I still had them on. I got great comments from a lot of my friends and even one person was going to order a pair. I really found a lot of comfort and I really love them.
I just do not find the shoes to be comfortable. I would like to return them but I missed the 30 day return timeline by two days. Disappointing shoes and the loss of 78.81. I cannot recommend the shoes. UPDATE: I received a message from Groundedfootwear that stated "Even though you’re just outside our 30-day return window, we’d still love the opportunity to see how we can help. Please reach out to our support team at (email address) or call us at (888) 996-7910. We’ll do our best to find a resolution that’s fair for you.We value your input and the chance to make things right."Unfortunately, James from the Customer Support Team stated that they would not work with me to find a resolution. They apparently value my accurate 1-star review but will not take the chance to make things right.So, add a disappointing customer service experience to the review and consider this a company to stay away from.
Very comfortable shoes right out of the box! I’m not sure how helpful the arch support is. I haven’t worn them for a full day standing on my feet yet. They are extremely lightweight. Somehow I do feel more secure walking around in them.
