Just spoke with customer service about exchanging my shoes and Ricky is EXTREMELY RUDE AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I don’t care to conduct any further business with this company nor tell friends and family about your product. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes from your company so you’d think we’d be treated like valued customers. I want our phone conversation reviewed by your leadership team so Ricky can get the coaching he needs. How dare he speak to me in that manner.

Flat walker

Because I don’t lift my foot high enough as I take a step, i have had mishaps with stairs and curbs. With grounded footwear I know exactly where I am stepping and my balance improved.
