I put them on took a few steps around outside .I thought these things are for real I put my 90 dollar pair of shoes back in the closet that's how comfortable these are so everybody get you a pair or two and see what you been missing. you won't go back to the other brands thank you. Randall gross.
The shoes I received have an uncomfortable lump on the heel insole of the right shoe which makes them unwearable. I want to return the shoes. I contacted Groundedfoot wear to find out how to go about making a return, but so far I have no information other than your return policy. Exactly what do you need me to do to to return them and get a refund? Will you send a return lable?
I love the feel of these new shoes. They have helped my neuropathy immensely! My trouble with the shoes: The yellow strip on the insole has pulled away and is folded up on the inside of my shoe as it is very flimsy material. Can I glue it back down with Elmer’s Glue? One of the three “knobs” on the outside sole of the shoe had pushed up through the insole and now hurts my foot greatly when I walk. Is there a fix for that? Your help will be appreciated! I have ordered and received my second pair of shoes from you but would hope the same thing would not happen to them!? Thank you.
Great shoes. They’re just a little too big. The smallest size is a women’s 6. Return policy not very accommodating . Can’t return because I wore them and honestly I wouldn’t have known that the fit was off until I wore them for a bit.
The Grounded Evolve shoe fits nothing like the original Grounded shoe. I could not get my foot halfway into the Evolve shoe of the same size that I comfortably am able to wear in the original style. When I looked to return the shoe I was harangued by a call center employee who suggested that I give the shoes to a loved one rather than return the shoe. This is the worst customer experience I have had with an online company.
I have both plantar faciitis and achilles' tendonitis, so walking barefoot is incredibly painful for me. The problem is that I hate shoes and I love being barefoot, so this was really hard for me. After some internet research, Grounded seemed to be the highest recommended shoe for my problem, so I bought myself a pair. I was absolutely shocked. How can a shoe that looks and feels so flimsy have such a huge impact on my feet? But the difference is astounding. When I'm barefoot, I have to take tiny, stilting steps. I look like a toddler first learning how to walk. When I put on my Grounded shoes, I still feel some mild discomfort, but I can walk normally. No one looking at me would guess that I experience foot pain. I am a Grounded customer for life!
