Store often closed with poor customer service

I live nearby, and their store is frequently closed. I've been trying to return a product that took too long to arrive. I attempted to contact them via email multiple times without success. I visited another location managed by the same individual, but the staff member was uncertain about the return process. He texted the owner while I was there, but there was no reply. I asked to be notified when he received a response, but I never heard back. This has been the worst customer experience I've encountered. A disappointing service.

Very frustrated with this service

I'm extremely frustrated with this service. I placed and paid for an order 12 days ago, and it still hasn't shipped. I’ve tried calling but can’t get through as the voicemail is full. I’ve emailed and used the chat bot with no success and haven’t spoken to anyone. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and had always been satisfied, but now they seem unreliable. If this was simply an inventory issue and communicated to me, that would be fine. However, ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable.

Canceled my order after no response

I placed an order on Sunday and canceled it on Wednesday, as no one responded to my messages or chat bot inquiries. The email also didn’t work, so avoid this if you don’t want to be taken advantage of. I was fortunate since I entered the wrong EMT question/answer, now I’m getting alerts about my address on the dark web. Complete scam.

This service is a scam. You can pay for items that appear to be in stock, but nothing will happen until you request a refund. Any positive reviews must be fabricated.

Avoid shopping online here. My credit card wouldn’t work on their site, so I opted for an e-transfer. They then canceled my order, claiming they didn’t have the items in stock. Now they haven’t refunded my payment and won’t respond to my emails. Stay away. Scam service.

Complete scam

The last few times I ordered from this service, they took ages to send my order. Only when I requested to cancel and get a refund did they ship anything. This last time, they sent me an inferior item than what I ordered. I contacted them for a resolution, provided the requested photos immediately, and then received no further communication. They now completely ignore me, leaving me with an inadequate item. Do NOT purchase from this service. They are a scam with poor customer support.

The worst experience ever

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I placed a large order and it took two weeks before I inquired about the status. They assured me I would receive a tracking number soon, but that never happened. I kept asking and was met with excuses and no follow-through. Eventually, I was refunded after they made no attempts to ship my order. I suspect they didn’t actually have stock. They lied multiple times and even blocked me from contacting them again after I mentioned a competitor's efficiency. They consistently fail to deliver on time and often sell out-of-stock items. I was reluctant to write a review, but their actions revealed their true nature.

Fantastic customer service

I placed my order and didn’t hear back for a week. They called me personally to explain they were understaffed and apologized. They even sent some complimentary items with my order. It’s rare to receive such a personal touch nowadays. Great service, great prices, and being located on the east coast is a bonus!
