I purchased a suitcase, but the courier company indicated that the label was printed, and then nothing happened for eight days. After reaching out, I was told it had been shipped. A few days later, there was still no update, so I inquired again. They offered to send another one, but later informed me that my chosen color was out of stock, requiring a three-week wait. They suggested an alternative color, which I accepted, but needed it shipped within two days due to delays. Their responses were vague, and I felt that they were avoiding my questions. I suspect the replacement color was also out of stock. I haven't received the bag yet, so I can't comment on its quality, but their customer service has been frustratingly poor. After some back and forth, I finally received a tracking number for a replacement suitcase. However, it seems like just a label was printed with no actual movement on the package. Eventually, the replacement arrived, albeit slightly larger than expected. Due to the delays, they initially promised a discount and a gift box, which I hope they honor. My rating shifted from 1 star to 5 stars due to their follow-up, but the average remains at 3 because of the initial troubles.
I have great respect for the support team. I received a damaged carry-on, and they responded promptly to my emails, sent me a replacement bag, and even included a complimentary luggage tag. Thank you for your outstanding customer support when things don’t go as planned.
