The response to my question was both knowledgeable and professional. Following this, the service was outstanding, making the entire process of purchasing two new tall gin glasses enjoyable. The quality is also delightful.
I wanted a certain colour le creuset mug for a Christmas gift to match their new kitchen. Hargreaves had the colour I wanted at a reasonable price with reasonable delivery. It arrived quickly but unfortunately the mugs must have come from different batches and were slightly different, despite being the right size and colour. This was sorted really quickly and easily. The matching mug they had in stock was posted that day and I posted the mismatched mug back to them which they reimbursed me for. Great customer service and I have every confidence in ordering from them again.
Visited Buxton today and called at Hargreaves for lunch as we have done many times before … ordered two meals, 1 bacon and cheese oatcake with salad, 2 bacon cheeseburger with salad and a side of chips, 1 coffee, 1 tea = £17+… oatcake meal for my wife which she enjoyed.. cheeseburger meal l had came with a 1/4 inch thick meat pate that had been cooked until hard and solid at the edges.. not very good quality burger from what l could see, l took it back after two bites and was asked what would l like to do.. l ordered the oatcake meal but was not offered the £3 difference or an apology. I didn’t eat much after that and left most of what came.. needless to say we won’t be back in a hurry.. l don’t usually complain but l thought the next person to order the burger may get a better one… better quality ingredients please..
Fantastic service from Martin at Hargreaves of Buxton. I needed a last minute gift due to being let down by another company and I easily ordered it online from a great choice of stock, they did a handwritten card and delivered it for me all within about an hour! Couldn’t recommend this store more highly!
