The refund has been pending for months, with no clear resolution in sight. This has been happening since around June or July 2025, and the long wait has been incredibly frustrating. This experience is quite disappointing.

This feels like a scam

This feels like a scam. They continue to charge without my consent, and I will likely never see a refund. I never signed up for this, and my money remains unreturned. I plan to report this to the authorities, and others should do the same. They even suggested a refund if I left a positive review, mentioning a representative by name. They have made multiple unauthorized charges to my card. Now they say a refund is contingent on a good review. Scam.
