While I can appreciate the importance of a mortgage renewal, I was contacted too many times with excessive escalation in forms of contact. I had seen the email and was considering my options when I received the physical documents by courier- which was unexpected and likely unnecessary. Then still well in advance of my maturity date someone came to my house. This person taped a letter to my front door clearly indicating my full name and address in the middle of my front door. Seeing this I felt very uncomfortable, it did not seem to respect my personal information or privacy. This experience draws into question my willingness to continue business with this organization. Follow up emails that requested a response for acknowledgment of receipt would have been sufficient. Further, I have verified that the phone number that I emailed is my correct number and a voicemail would have been preferred to a physical “visit”. This experience strongly negatively impacts my desire to recommend this bank to others. I firmly feel like this situation could have been handled better and I currently have a poor opinion of this company because of my most recent experience.
I enjoyed working with manager I was working with. Her name was Danica Ramos. She was very knowledgeable and helped us. She was very pleasant and always willing to answer a question. I would prefer working with the same manager to renew my mortgage every year because they know you and they are able to help you best.
We've been with Haventree for 4 years and we have good credits but wanted to not move our mortgage for now. Unfortunately, this is costing my husband and I dearly 😢 service us not the greatest of the last three years we got our offer in May even though our mortgage comes up in August, this year we had to contact the bank and not so good of an experience. Also, once your file is assigned to someone most are rude because they understand you need their help. We just lost our mom and not in a good place but over 7% wow
Special delivered my mortgage renewal costing me 53$ only to be told it wasn't received numerous times then finding out it was delivered to head office weeks before but the guy from Toronto wouldn't believe me until I gave him the tracking # I think you need better communication and better bedside manners
