If I could give no stars I would. Bank is not willing to work with me at ALL for interest rate, got told there is nothing they can do. I'm now selling cause I can't afford a mortgage double what it was ! Bank was also unable to give me am estimate if I rolled it into a convertible mortgage while selling. I was told the system can't give them numbers until it switched. I asked them to just do a manual calculation to give me an estimate. 2 staff members didn't know how to do manual calculations, they strictly were relying on the omputer system! How is this acceptable!
