I reached out to this firm because they position themselves as business consultants. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The two consultants I spoke with struggled to answer straightforward questions about their own products, services, and business model. Communication was also an issue — after the initial conversations, I never heard back despite follow-ups. In the end, I decided not to move forward with an investment. For a company that offers business advice, I would have expected stronger product knowledge and more reliable follow-through
I do not recommend using HCPA's services. We had to deal with a month of communication issues and delays just to get access to the product we paid for. A very unnecessary waste of time and money when starting a business. Ridiculous too, because they only had to put my business name on a template and give me access to a portal. Their lack of communication with clients and between their own teams is evident and appalling. Isought a refund (prior to receiving my access) which was declined. I'll also note that they had ample time to act on my review, it was originally 3 stars. Easy to get in, difficult to get out.Edit: I'm now getting calls from other businesses pestering me with sales because HCPA referred me to them. That is salt in the wound my friends, you've earned the 1 star review.
