I have a orepayed "ode" debit card with them that gives me a little cashback each time I useit, or at least it uised to.The card has £40 on it still but is being declined at every shop.Healthservicediscounts/ode card are uncontactable and my login to the website is being rejected even though I remember my password correctly. Choosing "reset password" results in no resewt email being sent to me!Basically they have stolen £40 off me and disappeared.
I have authorised my card twice. Unable to use it it any store, only appears to work online. Contacted customer service and still waiting on response. Cashback function works great. Tried using my card in B&Q and Asda, both times it said card was not accepted- wasn’t declined and had more than enough on card - Not transferred £400. If it’s online use only I’ll be cancelling.
Logged into my NHS Account for a Virgin holidays discount code, clicked on to get code which I’ve got but then click on visit site error coming up. Tried another way going in Virgin & tried using the discount code which has come up invalid
