I strongly advise against buying from this seller. The watch is completely unusable due to the dial being so shiny that the hands are virtually invisible. It’s a joke, not a daily-wear watch! Despite the 15-day return policy I’m entitled to, the seller is behaving like a total fraud, playing games and refusing to accept the return.
To make matters worse, they are pulling a classic bait-and-switch scam. The watch is advertised with a genuine Japanese NH36A movement, but they’ve started admitting they ship a cheap Chinese clone (2553A) randomly instead. You pay for Japanese quality and get a Chinese gamble. Total lack of honesty and professionalism. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

My Heimdallr watch strap pin failed after 3 months - I only noticed as the pin stuck into my hand before the watch came off my wrist. Obviously I cannot wear it now. I have contacted Heimdallr as bought direct from them and received the reply - it is a size... you can buy one on Amazon....!I replied how do I change the pin with no tools and have received no reply to the 4-5 further messages I sent.
Bought a Titanium Marinemaster dive watch, it arrived in a week after shipping with FedEx, and shipping cost was only 8$. Heimdallr people contacted me before shipping to clarify some details.Watch is really nice, especially considering it's just 200$ for Titanium, saphire crystal and ceramic bezel insert, with NH35 movement. Will have to see how crown thread holds up, because it has grainy action, same as bezel. Included silicone strap is thick and quite stiff, but I was planning to swap it out anyway. They also included a gift - free high quality nato strap. Box has a signed, stamped, and dated warranty card too.

At the time of placing my order (and receiving it) there had been no reviews on Trustpilot so, I have decided to provide my feedback.I have just received my first order from Heimdallr.com. Overall, I am extremely happy with the watch that I bought as well as with the shipping and communication for my order.Firstly, the watch was delivered to me here in the UK by the Royal Mail and I did not have to pay any customs or handling fees. The seller sent me email notification when my item was shipped which was a few days after I placed the order. I was also issued with a tracking reference that I could follow on a relevant app. Initially I was concerned that the tracking was not “live” but after a couple of days I was able to see very detailed tracking data as my watch made the journey across the world!The watch that I received is great quality. For around £120 (this includes delivery) I have a Heimdallr SKX that is as good quality, if not better than, the Seiko SKX that is a homage to. The steel case is polished and high quality, the bezel is firm and precise, and the dial is brilliantly detailed. The outstanding aspect of this piece, compared to my Seiko watches, is the sapphire crystal which is fantastic. The steel bracelet that the watch comes on is also as good as any of the bracelets on the Seiko and Orient watches that I have. Finally, the watch came with a very good quality NATO strap, a bracelet adjustment tool and strap pin removal tool. All of this came in a very nice presentation box.The value for money for this package seems unbeatable. If you have been unsure about ordering from this seller I hope this feedback is useful to you. I will definitely be ordering from them again. In fact, I am finding it difficult not to revisit their website tonight and order the bronze Tuna watch that caught my eye when I placed my first order!I will be recommending Heimdallr.com to everyone I talk to about watches.James 😀
