SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - DO NOTUSE I booked for 3.30 entry - accepted and no mention at the time of booking that they only opened at 4. Phoned 12 times before arrival as requested - no reply. Followed the post code on the website - couldn't find the place. Eventually got a phone call from a woman who couldn't speak English (this after the last very irate voice message that I left). She said she would send me the postcode. Completely different address.We gave up and drove to Heathrow Long Stay. Was unable to pre book at that late stage so took a ticket. Cost me £308. Unfortunately due to the driving around and not finding the place, I did not have the luxury of picking and choosing. We just made our flight in the nick of time. A very expensive lesson learnt.
Please, please, please DO NOT book this company! It’s a total scam. We were waiting at Heathrow Short Stay 3 for 2 hours waiting for them to turn up and collect our car even though we rang an hour ahead giving them an accurate collection time. Kept fobbing us off with lies, asking us to leave the keys on the wheel (please don’t do this!) and I had to call my friend who thankfully lived 45 minutes away to collect. Woman on the phone is so rude and it’s clearly just a complete scam. Please avoid. We had 2 toddlers with us and made the plan boarding by the skin of our teeth. They didn’t turn up at all by the way.
Whatever you do, arrange your parking elsewhere. My experience mirrors other reviews here and it's a shame there is no option for zero stars. This was my first time using this company. I made the directed mandatory tel call for Meet and Greet pickup six times - three times it went to answerphone and three times I was told to arrive at car park C, Holiday Inn, West Drayton, which I could not understand. I eventually wrongly assumed that M&G was not available and turned up at the Holiday Inn. Of their own three shuttle buses, two were out of action. The driver of the third ignored both myself and my wife running for it in the road with our cases even though we were only twenty seconds away. It had only two people aboard. After learning about the one hour wait, we had to get a taxi to avoid missing our flight. On return from an overnight flight, we had to wait forty five minutes at the M&G location despite my immediate phone call on arrival. We had left an overnight case in the car behind the front seat whilst away. Didn't realise until we got home, that this was no longer in the car. No sign of car damage or break-in. I have phoned, texted, WhatsApped and e-mailed for five days to retrieve the case and request a refund but received no response at all. I have now reported my stolen case to the Met police.
Do not use this company. Much like the other reviews here, I trusted their website which said 95% satisfaction rating and rapid transfers. Its all a lie. I rang as advised and no one picked up. Rang again when we arrived and we were greeted by a man in his car, who said he would drive us in my car to the airport. I had paid for park and ride so wasn't comfortable someone else driving my car, but it was the only option. I was advised I'd have to pay the £8 Heathrow drop off fee.On the way back, I rang as soon as we landed and again no answer. I tried again and then again 20 mins later and was told they would be 50 minutes. I told the woman on the phone we were expecting the instant transfer they claim on the website and she argued with me that I hadn't called, that they were busy and would get there when they get there. He arrived 20 minutes later, handed me the car and another drop off ticket to pay and walked off. Thankfully the car was ok but I can see two other phones had been connected to it, which meant I wasnt able to see the cars location or mileage via the app while I was away.It caused a lot of anxiety. Their website is a lie and I plan to report them to the advertising standards association. Do not use.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I foolishly didn’t check Trip Advisor before using this service. This is not a meet and greet in any way. When calling before arrival (as requested) I was asked to not go to the terminal 4 car park to drop off my car, but instead to a Holiday Inn ‘10 mins’ from Heathrow where a man will be waiting for me - my job was to take him with me to Heathrow Terminal 4 because ‘it would be quicker’. When at The Holiday Inn I had to search all car parks for 15 mins before finding a random guy sat in another car. He then jumped in the back of my car. After the 40min journey to the terminal 4 car park we finally dropped him off, gave him my keys before he asked for £8 to get out the car park! I refused. Upon landing, I immediately called the number provided to ask where my car was and was told it would be on level 3 of the car park in 40-50 minutes! After 30mins I could see that my car was still off site (via my car App) but when I called they hung up and then wouldn’t answer. The driver arrived 55 mins later. THIS IS QUITE LITERALLY THE OPPOSITE OF MEET & GREET. Absolute disgrace.
Like everyone else I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to this bunch of idiots. This was wrong on so many levels - Useless communication, lack of £8 which then took nearly an hour to go round all the other hotels. surly staff who can't speak good English. They only tell you about the extra charges right at the end when they have you. It just goes on. Just do NOT use this.
I booked meet and greet and when I got there was told I had to drive offsite and be ferried back. There were 5 of us loaded into a small prople carrier and once we had handed our car keys over we were told we each had to pay £15 for the return terminal drop off fee. I argued with the guy and told him it was £6 per drop off - complete scam. In fairness the return was much better but I won’t be using them again.
Having booked meet and greet at Heathrow, terminal three and complied fully with their instructions, I was left awaiting collection of my car for over 45 minutes. Each call to the mobile number listed was either not answered, engaged or eventually answered saying the driver was stuck in traffic. Finally the person on the phone suggested I either leave the key on the front wheel or I could look for alternative parking and get a full refund. I opted for the full refund however, after 5 days of chasing was told the refund was subject to a £20.00 reduction for administration. The salt in the wound however, because of the delay dealing with this company I had very little option but to park at T3 at a cost of £246.00 for three days. I am disgusted with this company service, their response to calls and their unprofessionalism. I would never use this company again.
