life-changing tool, trustworthy customer service

Have been just loving the program to absolute bits but came across a billing issue involving currency exchange. Reached out to customer service and was super kindly tended to within the day - customer service looked into my history and saw an issue that they fixed with no dramas. Also sounded like a real human which I didn't expect from an AI company, friendly upbeat tone that always goes a long way when you're frustrated. Heidi's quickly become a staple in my practice and I'm honestly glad I had this experience (which is so weird because it was a mistake) so I could see first hand this company's care for the customer. Love yall!

Just finished booking a short ski trip

Just finished booking a short ski trip. The support person, Flo, could not have been more helpful. She was able to answer all my odd-ball questions re snow levels, transit times etc.; sent over a quote within a few minutes; and then did the same all over again when I completely changed my mind re dates, resort and departure airport. If the holiday follows a similar vein it will be a great trip.

Totally changed my life for better

Total game changer. Most helpful intervention in my 25 year medical career. Note quality is outstanding (no fear of audits here for longer consults), prompts you to remember things when patient has list of issues and some are delt with briefly in consult, can get patient to photograph the management plan / to do list at end so they have a copy too. I demonstrate it to patient's with first consent and it is a joy to watch them be as amazed as I am. Perfect for longer or complex mental health consults. Even picks up things like "pressure of speech". So grateful for the team that has developed this and brought it to market. Reckon I have gained an hour and a half of time a day, and totally lost that nagging fear of my notes not justifying a medicare audit.

It's great but needs more work

The overall idea of Heidi AI is great! When I first started using it I thought it was incredible. It seems it needs more updating though because as time goes on I find that it misses parts of my encounter entirely. I can't rely on this only unfortunately.

This has COMPLETELY changed my workflow. I do clinic notes, telephone notes, operative notes. I also use it for inpatient consultations and inpatient rounding. Custom templates change the game. UI/Ux is great. I'm in love.

Heidi and General practice

Heidi has been a great addition to General Practice. Especially with Heidi v2.0 that allows you to use your own templates. I really like the additions feature with heidi meaning that you can write your own notes that also allows the AI to supplement into the final notes. Very useful for things like examination findings which can be awkward to say out loud, or investigation findings that aren't verbalised.

Veterinarian Loving It!

I am a veterinarian using Heidi Health. I find this software ai scribe to be nothing short of incredible. In one week my clinical note taking has been completely transformed. I now have every fine detail of the client/patient visit completely captured with all the friendly chit-chat filtered out. The real test was when I had 3 dogs in the room at once. I purposefully kept a single SOAP note going, because the conversation never stays on one pet at a time. I thought I'll figure it all out later. Amazingly, Heidi kept all the comments straight about each individual dog as the conversation bounced around. I just pasted the complete combined note in each record, then individually highlighted and deleted what didn't belong in that particular record. I'm sure I could create a smart template that would accomplish that automatically.Heidi is flawlessly capturing diagnostic recommendations and hasn't missed a single veterinary drug generic or brand name yet. It is well tuned to veterinary vocabulary. Heidi understands a dog named Ralph from an owner named Ralph.

Free version was a great start, pro is even better.

Free version was a great start, pro is even better. I found it got a bit slow with my heavy reliance on it. I find it very useful for my long consults. Also serves as a memory aid for me when people have come with a list of issues and we have discussed brief plans about a number of issues. I do find that documentation of examination findings is bit less detailed, perhaps this is related to my habit of not speaking much while examination.
