The material is very bad, I ordered a dress that was over £100 and everything went wrong, the sequins were loose , the material is itchy and the dress showed on the website that it was a champagne colour and it came in a blush pink colour, and also because the material was so itchy my skin started to flare up
Hey im writin here because i didnt get what i paid for twice and when i write to Them they dont answer me and they have blocked my e-mail and insta no respons at all it's been 5 days now i have never tried This before i lost alot ov money on This for something i never recieved. Please You guys be carefull with This side they have stolen my money!
Absolutely awful store. DO NOT BUY From here. Not only it is highly overpriced for the cheap crap you are getting. You are risking never get your money back or worth of anything at all. This is a huge scam. One of the orders came in and it was straight out of a sweatshop. Made so cheaply and ugly, your grandmom will cry. The customer service will reply to your email maybe once a week if you are lucky, and they will never ship the stuff to you. Another order still did not make it, over a month later. They told me they forgot to ship, now it is out of stock. I am reporting this to consumer affairs and to my bank. I am Done here.
Horrible. Heiressbeverlyhills, Mussecco, and Mussier are owned by Hailey Wein or whatever her name is and you don't get your money's worth. She says it's slow fashion but it's actually really cheap materials that look like they were made under forced and underpaid labour. The customer service is awful and non-cooperative, and the clothes are so ugly in person for the HIGH PRICE that you pay. You're better off buying something off of Amazon than this store.
