I think I may of already placed a review, but seeing Iv seen more people getting scammed I’ll comment again, ordered a dress for my 18TH BIRTHDAY! never came, not even after 2 months or 3, had to buy another dress for my birthday, spent a ridiculous amount of money, they never refunded me claimed they did but didn’t. It’s a complete and utter scam. please do not waste ur money 🩷
Part of my order was incorrect size and damage, however, Sabrina was super friendly and helpful with the solutions of sending me a replacement item. They’re very responsive in timely manner. I appreciate the customer service and the quality of the items. Thank you so much.
I ordered an Heiress BH dress for an event I had a few days after ordering. I overnighted it, understanding that processing can take a few days, and overnight usually means 2-day. After several days of the package saying UPS had not picked it up yet, I reached out. Heiress tells me it is picked up and they don't take any responsibility for packages after they leave their facility (which as an owner of an e-commerce company, I can say is true to an extent, but terrible customer service). I then reach out to UPS to collect a refund and UPS won't give it to me because they claim they never had the package to begin with. Finally, after almost a week of finger pointing, Heiress says they'll send me the same dress. Well obviously, at this point I don't need it anymore, so I ask for a refund. After more emails, refund was begrudgingly given to me but made sure to tell me it would only be honored ONCE, like I'm the one who did something wrong when they literally never shipped the dress. Your customers should not have to follow up SEVERAL times to handle a package that YOU (the shipper) LOST/NEVER SENT. I shouldn't be threatened that I can only have one refund when this is YOUR mistake. As a business owner, this approach drove me nuts. I understand lost packages happen, we're all human; I'm upset with how badly this was handled, how many times I had to follow up, and how I was made to feel like I was the one in the wrong. I really, really caution against ordering here, I've already cautioned all my influencer/stylist friends against it. This definitely strikes me as the brand that bends over backwards for influencers, so I might as well help them get their name out. Also babes- when reading through your reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB it looks like shipping is an issue for you. Maybe switch your shipper account to FedEx?
I know this may have mixed reactions but, I am ONE true satisfied customer. My experience was absolutely 1000% the best. Ordered over the weekend, realized I used a wrong address and sent an email. Sabrina responded back swiftly and made the amendments, my order was received within 48hrs and in perfect shape. A refund also was issued for shipping costs because of the change of address. I have nothing bad to say at all, even though I was very very scared at the beginning when I read other reviews. I can say I received more than I ever expected in terms of CS. All thanks to Sabrina. First time I am doing blind online order from them because there is a good sale on their website. I contacted the customer service named Maria. She is super helpful and understandable that goes beyond policy to make my on-sale online purchase easier. I definitely recommend this brand. Quality and their fashion style are top notch. If you have any problem with the order, don’t hesitate and just contact their customers service.
I read the reviews on here before hand so I was nervous to make a purchase but I do believe in allowing room for growth so I crossed my fingers and purchased a dress w/ overnight shipping as I need the dress for an event tomorrow. I purchased the dress during business hours then later I reached out to customer service to ask if the dress would arrive in time and they responded within 15 mins to let me know that it wouldn’t. The customer service rep Maria was professional and understanding and issued me a courtesy one time refund since my order was placed for overnight shipping during business hours. Her responses were very fast and she was very apologetic and issued me a discount code for the inconvenience. I’m glad I took a chance and I look forward to shopping with them in the near future.
I have been a customer of Heiress Beverly Hills since 2021 . I love the style and quality of the clothing . The clothing is unique , sexy , classy , and not found in basic stores . I always get compliments . They have been amazing with customer service and prompt with replies to my emails , as well as understanding and accommodating with return requests . Be mindful of the sizing , as the clothes are mostly sexy and revealing so be sure to order the correct size for a flattering fit . I am 5 feet tall , 110 lbs , 32DD , and find a XS fits me best in the dresses . The pants and tops i order are also XS . If you have a larger chest you may need a small so your not spilling out of the neckline , but i like cleavage so an XS is my choice . I am very pleased with HBH and will cont to purchase from them for beautiful prices of clothing that make me look and feel confident and sexy and always turn heads . ❤️
Scam of a website, cancelled my order THREE times and charged me for each. When the last one wasn't cancelled immediately I got an email telling me the website wasn't updated and my size wasn't in stock but charged me anyway?? Had to call my credit card to do a chargeback. Ridiculous and no help from customer service
Poor business management: this company seems like a start up clothing line which has poor management and non existent customer service. Please do not buy stuff from here!!!! I paid for express shipping, however, the package was no where to be seen after the expected delivery date. I was so anxious especially it is a dress my wedding!!! This is how the dress look when I opened the package.. so wrinkly and they just squished the dress in the package….without folding it. This is probably the worst clothing line I’ve ever encountered and purchased from.
