I put an order in on the 1st December Still no dress has arrived in Time for new years. Sent me a tracking link that did not work. I have reached out twice to customer service and got no response. I have no NYE dress. Really disappointed.

feel like a scam

I placed an order during Cyber Monday sale but have yet to receive it. I also emailed their customer service team but, unfortunately, have not received any response.While waiting for my order, I noticed on social media that they are actively sponsoring influencers wearing their clothes.

Orders a dress for $250 on here. The dress zipper is messed up. I kindly asked for a refund & I was told I can got get a refund for a defective item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I have the expectations of a better quality for the price. The dress is not up to par!

NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

I pre-ordered a beautiful tweed dress on November 11th, with an estimated ship date of November 15th. Upon messaging customer service, Sabrina informed me that the new estimated ship date is November 29th. On November 30th, I kindly asked if there is anyway if the order can be cancelled and if I can receive a refund. I was informed by Sabrina that based on their shipping and returns policy, all orders canceled/returned will be for a store credit only, but they received new stocks and my order was being prepared for shipping. She asked if I wanted my order to be shipped still and I said yes.The next day I receive an email stating that they will ship my order as soon as it is back in stock. Now all of a sudden they didn’t receive enough stocks for the size I ordered. Sabrina then informed me that “the estimated ship date posted on the website is not 100% accurate, it can be shipped at a later date depending on the stocks arriving in our warehouse.” She also informed me that my dress will ship at the end of December. Soon it will be going almost 2 months and I still do not have my item I pre-ordered. Why put an estimated date to lie and take customers money when you know it is not 100% accurate?? SMH!

Still haven’t gotten my order since July 2024

I’m having a hard time. I ordered my dress on July 26. It was under pre-order and it said my dress won’t ship out until Aug 30. Knowing it was a preorder I fully expected to wait awhile but I didn’t expect it to be this long. It’s now September 18, almost the end of the month and I’ve now waited almost two months. I’ve emailed the company, Sabrina answered, she was super sweet and helpful and finally updated my shipping status that day however now, it’s been sitting in the same spot for the past six days :( unfortunately, my event is coming soon and I’m not sure too think if this website is a scam or not anymore. I still have hope my dress will come but I’ve gone through three preorder pack dates (the July resale launch, the September 10 resale launch, and now the current resale launch) and my order has still not shipped out since July. I hope they can still send it out asap, it’s just frustrating to see that on their website and social media, it says restock but they haven’t taken care of previous customers who haven’t gotten their order yet.

Zara quality

Anyone with common sense and a little shopping experience can tell that these dresses are not slow fashion as they claim, the fabric is the exact same as many Zara dresses and tops.Plus it arrived super wrinkled.. on the plus side customer service and delivery times were on point.
