Impressed with my order!

I ordered from this company and I am truly impressed. The quality of the fabric is the best I've encountered at this price point, and it arrived within two days. I will be shopping again, though I wish they had more models on their website!

Warning: Do not order!

Warning: do not order! This company is not legitimate. The pre-order system is just a way to take your money without having stock. They refused to provide a refund, claiming they do not accept returns. What can I return when nothing was processed or delivered? They suggested I pick a different dress instead. This is incredibly dishonest and reflects terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. They sell all of their items on pre-order so that they don't need to guarantee you will receive your items at ANY point. Then, they offer zero resolution when they miss their committed ship dates.

I absolute love heiress Beverly Hills! I first learned about them when I was looking for the perfect 21st birthday dress and fell in love ever since. Such great quality and so full of elegance. Sabrina, the customer support rep has been super helpful and kind with any questions I have about my order. Great job for having her on the team!

Ordered Dress For My Company Christmas Party

Purchased a dress that was a preorder item in November for my company Christmas party in December. I contacted customer service when I noticed that after the expected ship date passed and I still hadn’t heard anything regarding my order. I spoke with Sabrina who informed me that they were having some issues with freight and that the ship date was pushed back again. Time went on and now the new ship date I still hadn’t heard anything and the size that I ordered was out of stock. So I emailed Sabrina again and asked her if I could change the size of my dress since the size I needed was no longer in stock. And I was then under time constraints because I needed the dress for my Christmas party. Sabrina made that happen for me, changed my size to ensure that I received my dress, and she shipped it 2 day express. Her customer service handling this matter was top tier! The dress fits like a glove and I can’t wait to wear it Friday night 😌

HORRIBLE!! SCAM

HORRIBLE!!! They stole my money!! I ordered a black tweed dress and after one month they told me it was out of stock and they will send me by Dec 12 as overnight shipping. Then they said they ran out again and next shipping would be January 10. They are trying to force me to pick a different dress and I don’t want another dress! I want the dress I ordered!! They refuse to give refund in the form of original payment, they only offer store credit. Now they stopped responding to my emails when I asked for my original dress! This website is a scam!! They are stealing your money and poor costumer service from this person named Sabrina!!!

Same story as the others - purchased a pre-order black sheen corset dress on November 11 with expected ship date of November 15. My card was charged immediately and I was sent tracking information for an item that was never picked up by the carrier. Contacted customer service later that month looking for answers. "Sabrina" told me that the company was experiencing delays and I could expect my dress December 10th. That date passed with no updates. I reached out again and haven't heard back. The company deleted it's Instagram and I can only imagine that it did so to prevent other would-be shoppers from seeing all the "where is my order? Customer service isn't responding" comments. I've never left one of those before, but I only discovered the missing instagram account when I went looking to leave one. The item is still listed for pre-order, now with anticipated ship date of January 10. Was hoping to wear this dress for NYE. Obviously that's not happening and I suspect I won't get my money back either.

Just advertising bad quality

First, I waited about a month for them to send it, and now that it has arrived, the packaging is very ugly, classless, and worthless, and I really don't like it. Then, the dress is a medium size, like a large, and the stitching is bad, and the quality is poor. The bottom of the dress on the right is longer than the left. It's awful for $300.
