Read the fine print!!!

Read, read, read the fine print! Totally got ripped off by their return policy. My mistake for not checking that a company that sells $300-$500 dresses doesn’t do returns! No exchanges on sale items and no store credit on sale items. Ugh, what a massive mistake. Bought a dress for an NC4K Gala to help families with pediatric cancer and now I can’t even stand to wear it. Such an “ick” feeling. Will be wearing something different.

I greatly appreciate their customer service. We originally had some shipping issues, but they got back to me quickly and rectified the matter. Thank you, Sabrina and Hailey, for your assistance. They have beautiful clothing and the customer service to back it up.

This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had. I will tell everybody not to order here. I pre-ordered a dress and a month after the ship date I reached out to ask the order update. They told me I wouldn’t be receiving the dress and couldn’t refund me, only give me store credit. Not only did they not reach out to me to tell me issue originally, they are treating this as if I got the dress and want to return it. I will never receive this item and need to cancel the order, and they have not replied to emails in over a week. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They should not give a big influencer PR if they can’t own up to the orders.

TRUST THE REVIEWS!! I ordered a dress first of the month and have zero sign of it. I try to click track the order and it’s a blank site. I’ve emailed multiple times and messaged on instagram with no response. The same dress is also now heavily discounted when I paid over $300 for it. This brand uses influencers and marketing to put on a show but their customer service is non existent and the business is a scam. I am disputing with my credit card company.UPDATE: 1/2/24- still no response. They said to DM them on Instagram, which I had already done. When they finally responded there, they said to email and that they couldn't help. Still nothing on the email thread and they are deleting Instagram comments after telling people they cannot handle the influx (yet they still are promoting clothes they cannot supply with extremely persistent marketing).UPDATE 1/22: I am now receiving multiple emails saying completely different things and the company has attempted to refute my claim on BBB. They also have told me their chargeback team would be sending my bank documents, but have yet to do so. I have now received two emails bribing me to remove this review. The first from the owner of the company offering me the dress for free. The email I received today stated this: "we can process a refund back to your original form of payment, but we kindly request that you consider removing your review on TrustPilot. Once the review has been removed, please provide a screenshot, and we will promptly process a refund to your original form of payment." While writing this I got another email from the owner offering me a refund and free piece of clothing if I take this down.

This company is run on lies and deceit

Since Heiress Beverly Hills will not publish negative reviews on their website, I am here to tell you to PLEASE save your money and do not buy anything from this company. This is cheap fashion marked up a ridiculous amount, with extremely rude customer service and a non-existent return policy (because they know their quality is awful and they don't want you to be able to return it). The company pays influencers or gifts them product to wear for free and it's so obvious, though they disclose that they do not. This is dishonest, deceptive marketing. They also write fake reviews on their website and third-party ones such as this - if you take a closer look at their site, it's pretty obvious that the majority of positive reviews are not real. The quality of the clothing aside, it's egregious that their modus operandum is one of lies, deceit, and falsely plumping up their brand to look more exclusive and higher-quality than it actually is. Save your money! If you are going to spend over $100 on a piece of clothing, I beg you to go to a legit retailer!

Terrible experience. Ordered a dress on 11 Nov, pre-order item that should have been shipped out early Dec. I emailed them multiple time with no response. Horrible company and non existent customer service.

Order number #43333. A black dress plus delivery charges nearly £150! EXTORTION!!!!No sign of the dress , no replies to the email . Terrible service . It’s been two weeks . Try to rectify the problem before you rip off anymore people . I will be chasing the order . S. Robbins !

RIP OFF

I made a purchase from your clothing store a week ago , and I paid express shipping ( 3 business days ) which was meant to arrive in Australia like yesterday . I contacted UPS and they had told me that your shipping team had two options when sending out the parcel with UPS Quick delivery - which would arrive in 3 business days to Australia which I paid for and Standard delivery which is an innovation which your team PICKED ! For 7-14 business days which means I paid extra for nothing !!!! Is there a possible way to resolve this because paying an extra $100 for express delivery and not actually receiving that service sounds like a huge Rip Off !

Cheap terrible quality

I will say I like the style of the dress I ordered but I would say the prices way don’t reflect the quality. The quality is super cheap. I did keep the dress because I like it but I feel like it was a major rip off. I would not order from them again unfortunately unless they slash their prices majorly or up their quality dramatically. The dress seems like a cheap Amazon purchase to be honest. I got the long version of the white petal dress. I will probably wear it to a bridal shower and get rid of it sadly. Not worth the $$$$

The x-small was big on me so I wish I got the xxsmall. Other than that I absolutely love the dress, find the quality to be wayyyy better than what would you find on amazon (not sure what the other reviews are talking about).I've worn it a few times and receive at least 5 compliments every time. Their return policy does suck so be sure you want to buy before making the purchase.
