Everyone at Tomo was super friendly and no pressure. Their rates were great, offered plenty of discounts, and were easy to work with. Even at the title office both our title officer and real estate agent stated that they had never heard of Tomo before but that they were super easy to work with and really professional! Robert Reyes took the time to answer every single one of my questions and my wife's no matter how basic or seemingly silly; next time, we are going to be super well informed buyers. Also, shout out to Raul Flores who was a fantastic Application Advisor and just an absolute pleasure to work with for us from start to finish. Closing day was relatively stress free to be honest (as low stress as it could be all things considered I guess). We would definitely use them again, and we are thrilled to be homeowners at last! Thank you Robert, Raul and Tomo for helping us to make it happen!
Working with Tomo was great. They were super responsive and always ready to answer any of my questions. There was no pressure. Working with them was the easiest part of the home buying/mortgage process. All of the normally arcane and confusing paperwork/forms were laid out in a shortened easy to read and understand format.

I was referred to Tomo by my realtor back in Feb 2022 and it was definitely what I would call concierge service. Nico Sharp was my main contact and he is definitely one of the best in his field. He clearly explained everything I needed to know in detail. This was my 8th home purchase and I consider myself very knowledgeable but he taught me even more about home lending. The real estate market is very hot in Tampa and we had gone through at least 6 offers and we had to keep asking for updated mortgage letters. Nico was always very responsive and understanding. And even when he was "on vacation" he would sometimes return my call or email. But even when he couldn't, his team members were more than happy to cover. When we finally had an offer accepted, it was very challenging obtaining forms by the HOA and we didn't get to closing. But Nico "pulled a Hail Mary" and we finally have a home for my daughter.
Ted Volynets and his team were amazing. They were very kind and caring. They got me the best rate possible and were always updating me on what was going on. My home took a long time to be ready by the builders but the Tomo team remained patient and stood by me all the way. I’ll definitely be using them again.
