Definitely recommend Tomo....

It was a roller coaster ride kind of experience with my first time home buying and I appreciate Tomo for all the assistance they provided us through the journey. PJ Nemish and Paige Fields were great and helped me find the right interest rate, and were prompt and efficient in closing the deal on time. However, just one suggestion to make the underwriting process a little more smoother. I would definitely recommend Tomo.

Disappointing

We were assured that a potential property concern wouldn’t be an issue with Tomo underwriting, so we went ahead with the application (and paid the inspection fee) only to be denied two weeks into closing for the very issue we discussed—leaving us scrambling to find a new lender and out almost $600.

Smooth closing on an investment property
