I've never had an experience with a business like this before. I ordered a camera from Henry's online weeks ago and they have completely ghosted me. No customer service line, no responses to email or their web chat! They've charged my card in full and I have no idea if/when I will be receiving my order. I bought this camera for a once in a lifetime trip later this month. I can't believe this is a Canadian-owned company. DO NOT buy from Henry's online!
I ordered a lens that is supposedly in stock. It has been two weeks and it still has not shipped. Their customer service in non-existent. Three emails and no response. Tried their chat line but nobody home. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
Just adding up my experience to what was already said here. Awful experience. I ordered 3 lenses from the website last Sunday. Site kept on crashing everything I was trying to submit my order so I gave up but then the fraud dept from my credit card called saying one payment went tru and they blocked 2 other transactions. So that part was then sorted out. One payment of 1083$ was completed. Then I thought it was bizarre I didn’t receive anything from them. A confirmation or an invoice, nothing. I waited few days and still nothing but still the money gone from my account. So I called. I was surprised the person on the phone barely listen. When you buy something you expect costumer services. So all he said is to go inline send a message and it could take 48 hours to get a response. That’s it. I found the experience very unpleasant indeed.now I am trying to get support via online support but I get responses from AI. Not exactly what I need. I guess I will try to get this cancel via my bank and for sure never deal with that company anymore.
Today is 25 days that has passed from my purchase of a Tamron lens in Kanata store in July 10,2025 the lens has been shipped to a wrong address in Richmond Hill ,Toronto after almost 4weeks not only I don't have the lens , also I do not have a clear answer ,or refund , The customer care didn't contacted me and and the store does have authority to refund , this is horrible experience , that all customers be aware of buying product from Henry's that is exists in the inventory of the store you are purchasing., Hossein Anvari
My review is about ordering prints on line.Compared to another popular photo printing site, Henry's does a much better job with prints. The quality of the paper is nice. Prints more of the actual picture than the other place.Henry's is where I will have all my prints done from now on.
Ordered 2 weeks ago, still ‘processing’. What kind of company sells you a product, keeps your money and gives you no idea when they’ll actually deliver. All emails have gone unanswered. Looks like I’ll need to go through my credit card. AVOID, wish I’d seen these reviews.
