Initially I was afraid about the procedure but the whole experience with Hermest made me very comfortable and calm. The aftercare experience also made the whole process much easier as they are always available online. If there’s a chance, I would most definitely go back to have my second transplant done.
When I decided to have a hair transplant, I came across Hermest. The reviews were good, and I was very satisfied with the initial consultations; all my questions were answered clearly. Everything went very smoothly on-site in Istanbul; the staff was very friendly and competent. The aftercare was fine, though I would have preferred faster support when I had a hair follicle infection. All in all, I can recommend Hermest.
Everything has been organized very well and professionally. The treatment itself has been explained and conducted in a good way including the after-care on the following day. Communication in the respective first language, no complaints and nice result right after 8 months.
I have had a hair transplant in March,so this opinion more likely an update...I have stated the procedure and the outstanding staff already,but the aftercare is just as good as the actual treatment..I have a weekly later monthly update request from the company, they are really caring... Great advice, explanations, etc..Highly recommend Hermest hair clinic again!!!
I have never travelled internationally before, so I was worried. This whole process was seamless and well-timed. I got off the plane and was picked up and driven to my hotel in no time.The hotel was nice and comfortable, and concierge was on it with the shuttle service to the clinic and the timing the next day.The team and the Doctor were friendly than my own family. I had to fly 20+ hours and I was jet lagged. The Doctor and the team let me rest a bit after the operation in his own office and ordered me food. I’ve never seen medical and hospitality so intertwined.The team is in contact with you for the rest of the healing process, and so far my results look promising.A huge selling point is the doctor does the whole procedure and it isn’t thrown off onto techs. The people in Turkey in general make you love the place. They are different, kind, and will talk to you about anything and hope you’re doing well. It’s much different than the states.I highly recommend this clinic and their team.

I stayed at the Mercure Altunizade Hotel, which I’d rate a 5/10. It was just okay for a short stay of two days, but I wouldn’t personally choose to stay there again. The facilities were average, and it didn’t quite live up to the standard of the rest of the experience. That said, it didn’t detract too much from the overall trip since I was only there briefly.All in all, I’d highly recommend Hermest Hair Clinic for anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul. The results speak for themselves, the staff were excellent, and the process was seamless. Just maybe consider exploring other hotel options if you’re looking for something a bit more comfortable. I also stayed longer for Holliday in Istanbul at a other hotel
I had a 3000 graft DHI hair transplant at Hermest. So far, I’m satisfied with the process. The pre-op information and post-op care were both very good. The team was patient and clear in answering all my questions, which made me feel confident throughout. I’m also pleased with how natural things are looking so far. I’d definitely recommend them.
