I went over to get my first hair transplant in February and everything was as good as I could of hoped for. Firstly every question i asked they couldn't have been any more helpful. Before I went everything was explained in detail and it all went exactly as they said it should. Got picked up drop to and from the hotel from the airport and the clinic to get the procedure. The procedure itself was grand not too painful at all ( needles at the start were uncomfortable but 5 min and it's kicked in and I was ok). They gave me dinner after it was over and went back to the hotel for the night ( sleeping i was trying to be cautious so didn't get loads of sleep the first night). Went back the next day got it washed and an aftercare kit. I flew over on sunday got the operation on monday and flew back home Tuesday afternoon. I was told how to look after it and I was checked in on regularly over the next 2 weeks and it's been 9 months and every month they are still in contact making sure everything is ok ( I send pictures each month and if i have any questions they were very quick with a response) I never had any issues. Im planning to go back because I need a second operation as they didn't want to over harvest my donor area. I have been to a barbers and they have commented on how dense the area is compared to other clients they have. Which was what they said was the plan when I arrived for the operation. My experience of the hermest hair clinic has been brilliant and I would reccomend them if you are thinking of going to Turkey to get an transplant

I had my hair transplant procedure done at Hermest the last week of January, 2025. Hermest came highly recommended by a close friend of mine who completed his procedure in 2023 and now has a great, full & thick head of hair. The staff and translator were super welcoming, very detailed, and accommodating throughout the procedure and day after. They thoroughly explained the process and post-op requirements and expectations, leaving me with full confidence in the process. Hermest followed up weekly for the first month after the procedure and monthly thereafter, but are always available if you have any questions or concerns. Their response time to any inquiry is less than 24 hours, always. I’m now on month 4 since the procedure and can see significant hair growth in the transplanted areas, but also understand that full results won’t be visible for another several months. I highly recommend Hermest to anyone seeking the confidence and joy in getting their hair back or a more fuller and thicker head of hair. My only advice is to be PATIENT and trust the process. This takes time but is worth the wait. The first 1-3 months require the most patience when hair falls out during shock-loss and then grows back slower and thinner - TRUST THE PROCESS and BE PATIENT!!!
