I had a really good experience with the Hermest Hair Clinic. The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. They explained everything step by step and follow through all my hair growing process. They have What's app facility which is 24/7 and I feel like I didn't leave behind once the implant has been done. I can ask all the questions and show my progress to them. The process has been very smooth. The people assigned to your case both and pre and post - Nur and Yanur - have been fabulous - responsive, empathetic, and providing information to clear any questions and next steps. The day of the procedure was also pretty comforting. Everyone was very accommodating and helped answer all concerns and questions. It can be stressful but they all helped me through it. The progress has been going well so far.

I can 100% recommend the Hermest Clinic. From the very first online contact, to the surgery appointment, to my farewell, everything went smoothly. I always felt like I was in good hands, and every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. Since my surgery was 3 months ago, I obviously can't comment on the final result yet, but in my opinion, the work on the transplanted area was done very neatly. A huge compliment to Bahar, who took care of the organization beforehand in a very friendly and professional manner, and also a huge compliment to Burcu, who took care of the translation on site, explained the entire procedure to me, and answered all my questions. Also the aftercare team (shoutout to Nurlum and Yeliz) did/do a fantastic job in monitoring the progress and asking about my well-being.Normally, I would say: "I'd gladly do it again!" But of course, I hope I don't have to undergo the procedure again. If I do, I would definitely go back to the Hermest Clinic ;)
I went with this company December 2023 after doing a fair bit of research. 13 months later and I am very satisfied with the results. My second trip to istanbul was again perfectionally organised. The surgery was not to painful and i had no problems the following days. The staff of Hermest was very friendly and the translator was by my side all the time. They care about you also the following months and want to see some pictures to see if there is everything running as planed. I really can recommend a hair transplantation at Hermest in Istanbul
Overall good experience. I have thin hair in general and it is 6 months after the procedure now. Before the procedure, communication was pleasant and I was able to address all questions and organize everything. The translator at the clinic, Utku, was very nice and supportive during the day of the procedure. And the aftercare handled by Yanur was also comforting, guiding me through the first few months and monitoring the progress.Hair is still bit thin after six months, and looking forward to how it will develop over the next half year. Would do it again with the status I see already.
