I had been wanting to do a hair transplant for a while and I finally decided to do it as an early birthday present to myself. I went onto Reddit and saw many people who had gone to Hermes and had positive experiences, and that convinced me.Buket was the person I was in contact with leading up to the trip. She answered all of my questions over the video call consultation and over WhatsApp. She was very friendly and helped me feel at ease about this big life decision.The transplant process itself went great! The transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic were easy and on time. The staff at the clinic were very welcoming and made me feel more comfortable. They answered all of my questions before, during, and after the procedure.As of this review, it’s been about a week and a half since my transplant. Yanur has been in contact with me for my post-care, and she has answered all of my questions about taking care of my hair and making sure I don’t freak out.Overall, the experience with Hermest was more than excellent, and I’m so glad I did the transplant!
They were terrific to work with! From beginning to end, they were helpful, patient and understanding. My after care was exceptional, too. Alp was exceptional! Once I left the clinic he continued to follow up and ensure I was progressing as I should. Very happy with my experience.
Overall very positive experience. The translator, Zerrin was very friendly and informative and made me feel at home. The surgical staff (Furkan, Boriș, and Alper) were very efficient, and the logistics with shuttles to/from the airport/hotel/clinic were well coordinated. Since the operation, Sedef with the aftercare team has been very communicative to ensure a quick and healthy recovery.I highly recommend reaching out to Hermest if you’re looking for top tier service.
Everything was perfectly scheduled and organised. The airport pick up, the transfers between my hotel and the clinic were on point. My translator Ms. Aisha was very patient, caring and helpful throughout the process. All the assistants, staffs and the doctors working here are very experienced and they really do know this craft very well. Everything was done extremely organised and fast. A very efficient clinic.
