This reviews is specifically aimed towards my experience during the recovery phase a few weeks post procedure. Immediately after the procedure somebody contacts you to start telling you step by step how to take care of your hair and head (I believe their name was Sedef). They were very kind and very informative and answers any and every question you have. They send you sheets with all the info you need plus video links on what to do. I know this is a business but even so they really do a great job showing care for their patients and it shows in their attention to detail and genuine kindness! Customer service and hospitality 10/10.
Everyone at the clinic was absolutely wonderful. They explained everything in great detail and they answer all of my questions with great explanations. I was very nervous and they did a great job of reassuring me and calming me down. Even after the operation they’ve been very good about checking on me and making sure I’m okay.

The entire team was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I lacked nothing during my stay. I especially appreciated the detailed consultation, during which all options and the exact procedure were explained clearly.The operation was comfortable and involved no major pain. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team and am extremely satisfied with the process so far. Now I am looking forward to seeing the final result.
When I first contacted them, the communication felt quite robotic, almost like I was talking to a bot. Even though I asked for an in-person consultation at the clinic, the conversation stayed on WhatsApp, and they insisted on continuing there despite me being in Istanbul. After I sent my photos, the graft number wasn’t shared until I spoke to someone on the phone; instead, they provided a general plan and pricing. For such a sensitive procedure, I chose not to proceed with a place where I wasn’t offered a face-to-face consultation while I was in Istanbul. At another clinic, I had a direct examination with the doctor, received detailed information, and decided to go with them.
They took care of everything with the package. Picked me up from the airport, took me to appointments, and then back to the hotel. I had meetings before and after with staff to describe the process. The center was nice and the staff were professional. They also did a great job with my new hair!
They were all very friendly and all the process was planed perfectly. You stay in your hotel, you will be picked up from the hotel and come to the hospital. Than you have your surgery and the next day, they wash your new hair and controll if everything is okay and than you fly home again.
I had my FUE hair transplant at Hermest Hair Clinic on February 3rd and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The medical team was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They explained every step clearly and followed proper hygiene and care protocols. My recovery has been smooth with no swelling, and the healing process is going exactly as they described. I truly appreciate their expertise and support. Highly recommended for anyone considering a hair transplant.
I chose Hermest Clinic for my hair transplant with high expectations. Sadly, my experience turned out to be very disappointing.During the procedure, one member of the medical staff was clearly unwell, coughing and sneezing throughout the operation and not consistently wearing his medical mask correctly. This caused me significant discomfort, especially given that this is an invasive medical treatment. The day after the procedure, I experienced the same symptoms myself. While I cannot medically prove causation, the situation felt highly unprofessional and avoidable.More importantly, the final result after one full year is not acceptable. The donor area at the back of my head shows clearly visible thinning and patchy extraction marks, which are noticeable in everyday life. This has left me with permanent aesthetic damage rather than an improvement.I paid €2,500 for this treatment and had one real chance to have my hair restored properly. That chance is now irreversibly gone. This review reflects my personal experience, and based on that, I would not choose this clinic again.
