The scale basically came inside two boxes. The product box was ripped at the top, but the scale seems to be in good condition. They also gave me the wrong color. I thought maybe I mistakenly chose the wrong one, but on my order details I chose Oak and got the black color. I wanted Oak, but I guess I'll keep the black colored scale.
