Parcel never received
I supposed to get it beginning of December! I tried to contact the company many times on email and WhatsApp but after one reply they got unresponsive. Now February 27th they said that the parcel was successfully delivered and they want to see my front door to escalate the issue 😂 I could of change my front door 5 times since December so I don’t understand what’s the point of this?! Still no product and no refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’ve just recently took this to social media for my 80,000 views I receive worldwide, I have given Herts & Essex 2 months to help with my issue which they haven’t responded to and deliberately ignoring I feel like taking this to all platforms now that I also have high views on in hopes everyone can leave a review of their bad experiences , Herts & Essex can’t respond to people’s emails so they shouldn’t be bothered bout this much anyway !
Although I have already explained that the delivery company advised you to issue my refund directly and then contact them afterwards for reimbursement, no action has been taken.
My parcel was not delivered to the correct address (1 or 1A, both of my properties ), and nothing has arrived. Despite this, I am still being ignored.
I have contacted your company multiple times via email and across all your social media platforms, yet I have received no response.
My order was sent to the wrong address twice, and despite providing clear proof of this, I was neither refunded nor properly assisted. I was completely ignored for over a week, and the customer service I received was extremely poor and ineffective. It genuinely felt as though efforts were being made to avoid issuing a refund rather than resolving the issue.
This situation directly affected my business I lost clients and income due to the missing parcel and even after explaining this, I did not receive so much as an apology. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer care has been very disappointing.
I was a regular customer! I paid extra for my parcel to arrive safe! I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. I placed a £500 order and received my parcel damaged. After contacting the company immediately, I was told that once a parcel is out for delivery, it is no longer their responsibility — even when items arrive damaged.
I followed up every day for a week and received no meaningful response, no resolution, no refund, and not even an apology. The lack of accountability, customer care, and basic sympathy was extremely disappointing. For a company to handle a situation like this — especially after such a large order — is completely unacceptable.
