Difficulty paying my CDN invoice in US$

I live in Canada and had a problem with my order, in Cdn $, but I wanted to pay with my US credit card in US$. I contacted your support desk, and Raelyn reached out to me. She helped me complete the transaction, sent me an invoice, which I paid in US$, and confirmed that my payment was received. She said she would follow this problem up with her superiors.
