This did not perform well on my dog. I contacted customer service and all they did was give me additional tips on how to use the groomer. Their statement, "if your not completely satisfied, return it within 60 days for a full refund" is a little misleading. They try too avoid that. And the shipping took longer than they claimed too. I gave up and will donate this to someone who has a cat, and wish them goodluck.
I had a wonderful experience with customer support, Realyn. I forgot to put in the code to save money for the cyberMonday sale. It was my fault but she gave me the sale price anyway. This is how customer support should be. It's a great product, Silent Groom Pro. It really is quiet and didn't scare my dog like the dremel does.
My item was shipped to my old address in error. I left a request for support and was called less than 5 minutes later. My address was corrected and shipping rerouted immediately and was promised an additional item for an apology. Customer service was excellent.
