No delivery still and ordered 11 days ago, no response from customer service and although an email to say item dispatched when I spoke with the couriers they said they have received a tracking number but no physical parcel.For a uk based company absolutely shocking. Do Not Buy From This CompanyI have given this one star because I cant give 0. I have waited 18 days so far and Royal Mail still dont have my delivery. I have asked for a refund 3 times since they have not met the delivery timframe of 5-12 business days and they are not responding. This goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and it applies to Europe. Spread the word. AVOID!
Delivery took more than 3 weeks and all the kept telling me was it was the delivery companies problem - wouldn’t refund my items when I asked. Followed their sizing charts and the bras are waaaaay off sizing - far too small to fit a 38g cup!! Emailed about a return to receive no response
Finally a bra that doesn't get thrown on the floor at the earliest possible chance! Ive tried many, as I have a dodgy intercostal muscle thay likes to spasm if the band of my bra is tight. Id resorted to bralettes, which are no good for support and dont have adjustable straps. These jelly bras are so comfy! Adjustable straps, perfect sizing, and no complaints from my dodgy muscle! Postage did take a while and they are obviously made in China, but I cant complain when they are this comfy.
Terrible experience – avoid this companyI tried to return my order but received no response to my emails. Instead of providing clear return instructions, they kept questioning my request and made the process unnecessarily difficult. It feels like they are trying to force customers to keep items they don’t want.Very unprofessional service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company
Would love to review the products however they still haven't arrived. Order placed 9th of February with a 3-5 day time frame and no order arrived. I have contacted the company on 2 occassions since regarding the missing order and asked them to contact the delivery company or resend the order as it has clearly been misplaced/lost and they have failed to do so or respond to me within a reasonable timeframe with a solution. Avoid!!!Update in response to the companies response, the email literally states at the bottom "FAST SHIPPING. Delivered in 3-5 days" alongside 30 day returns and secure payments. I have emailed 3 times and you have responded once and ignored the other follow up emails.
DO not buy from this company, an absolute joke! Another review to add to the list of poor returns. They make it so you have to email in order to generate a return obviously for the reason you are paying to return to another country. Option 1: No return and store credit (why would you want to order more of the same that don’t fit)Option 2: Return and pay circa £15 shippingAppalling company. I’m either £15 down in returns or £40 in crap bras!
