Misleading description of the items. I ordered two lamps for my bedroom, they were advertised as glass Tiffany style lamps but when I got them they were just cheap plastic. Such a shame. It is false advertising. I will not order from them again and I don't recommend this site. Better to go to a proper shop.

Terrible company! I am waiting for a carpet I ordered 12 days ago!(In their website they advertise that the orders will get to you in 1-3 days) if I phone to the transport company GLS Rotterdam (I phoned already 3 times), they told me is a delay because of the holidays, second time I phoned they told me that their facilities is now a mess because of the holidays (I order before the holidays) and the packet is on a pile of packages and probably at the bottom of this pile and they can't find it. And the third time they finally recognized that the packet is lost. I got in contact with home deco but they say they contact GLS and they say to them that the package is only a bit delayed. I ask of course home deco for a refund with no answer. Home deco please give me my money back!!! is obvious that I never go to get this carpet, don't play with the money of the people. No carpet, no money, never more home deco!!!
I bought a hairdressing table from this page and didn’t receive the chair that was supposed to come with it. I contacted them politely, but they completely ignored me. The funny part? When I first messaged them to say I wanted to buy and send the money, they answered immediately. But once they got paid, no more replies. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The table I ordered was delivered very fast and was well communicated. They called me to ask if the delivery time was ok and 20min in advance, the driver also called me to say that he was on his was. Packaged was delivered in perfect conditions.
We chose to buy from homedeco.nl due to "in stock" and delivery in "1-12 days" on advertisement. Was happy to recieve a mail the next morning that the supplier had the table in stock and that it is being sent.. 12 working days later no communication was recieved again. I called and they said that it was odd but that they will contact the supplier and I should hear from them soon. 3 working days later still no communication. Called them again and they say no the supplier definately sent a mail for delivery arrangement, I should check my spam... checked everywhere, nothing... called again, now more furious 16 working days after sale. Finally recieved a mail in my normal mail box, table to be delivered another 2 weeks later. Thus a month and a half after I paid for it. I then called the supplier old inn wonen directly.The reason they give is due to high load. Unfortunatly my zip code (same province) will only be serviced then. When asked why they didnt communicate, they just shrugged and said they must have forgotton to send me a mail because they usually do. When I offered to fetch it myself they were happy to arrage that. Thus, there is no sense of customer care at all. They are only interested in profit. They will not deliver until their van is filled, you as a customer have to wait. I have no problem with waiting, but being dishonest with advertising to make a sale does not sit well with me. I checked and the website still claims 1 - 12 working days, while they are aware that is not possible. When we went to fetch the table at old inn wonen they offered 25% discount on our next item, which firstly Im not interested in spending any money with them again, and secondly these type of companies always run "discounts" on everything, thus there is nothing special about that. Im sure they wont allow my 25% on top of another special. They underestimate their clients intellegence.
Cannot recommend due to an unexpected change in my order. After 3 weeks+ waiting time my order was cancelled just by an email. No updates after first day of the order, till the cancellation email. The amount I paid was pretty high but I got it back in the two days as they said, thus 2 stars instead of 1.
