First off, Hey Curls Toronto is misleading. It comes from China. Secondly, on their website it says Try it for 60 days, risk-free!Love it or your money back!Our 60-day moneyback guarantee lets you return any product, for a full refund.I found the product cheaply made and it didn’t really work on my shorter hair. I contacted them to ask for a return and the declined. They said if the product was used it couldn’t be returned. How do you try it for 60 days without using it. It says nothing on the website about if it is used it now becomes ineligible.
I have thick hair. I have another blow out brush but I don't use it a lot because my hair is thick and it's time consuming. The Hey Curls accessories actually have made it really easy to blow dry my hair. I haven't even tried the curler yet and I have to say this is the best hair care item I have EVER bought. I am actually ready to get rid of all the other stuff I have ever bought.I also love that it's light weight, so it doesn't hurt your arms. It has a blow out brush which works really well. I hope this thing lasts forever because this is the first time I actually feel like I can manage my hair after washing it and that it naturally looks really nice - like I was just at the hair stylist. I love this product and would give it 6 stars if I could.
I like the product very much but now have realized it works best for longer hair as the flat round curling part blows out air so doesn’t work so well on chin length. I’m a hairdresser so will try this out on my clients to see how well it works, price is brilliant for me cheers
If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me a box that had clearly been opened before and revealed. My product DID NOT COME FROM TORONTO!!!! They advertise a risk free money back guarantee, yet you are not allowed to touch the product to your head or you will not be allowed to return it. I followed all the rules and they still won't allow me to return it. The product sucks. I have never seen a curling iron that uses blowing hot air to make your curls. Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. Stay far far away
If I could rate it a ZERO I would, worst company to deal with.. Charge you $30 for next day delivery.. Took almost 3 weeks... Wanted to return it.. But before they even ask if you used it, they tell you that you CAN'T because it was used (I didn't even use it after reading reviews) and they only want to offer a store credit! The product is garbage and they should not be in business, I am filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau as they are a scam... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Even if they accept your refund you have to pay another $30 to return it... SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!! I called the Better Business Bureau on them, they can't keep stealing money from people!
