I didn't like this product. I think it is because my hair is VERY long so the curling wands couldn't hold all of the hair. They also didn't suck up the hair as advertised - I literally had to manually curl my hair around it! When I reached out to return it, I was told that they don't offer refunds due to their "hygiene policy". Not sure how a hair dryer can be unhygienic! Just be ready to be out the money whether you like it or not.
After waiting over 2 weeks for this I'm really disappointed and I'm asking for a refund. The two pieces that are suppose to grab you hair and curl it DONT you have to wrap it yourself and they get super hot as well. A lot of hype on FB with Fake reviews as well. It's not worth the money trust me.
Just so you know, the company is a total scam. They send products of no quality that breaks after 2 uses. Then, they drag you on for weeks to get the issue resolved, asking you to send them multiple videos, demonstrating the malfonction of the item, simply to refuse any returns, refunds or any compensation stating that the issue has to be reported within a 72 hours window with a grace period of 7 days. They draggued me on for weeks before telling me this. It is the worst user experience I have ever had.
Stay FAR AWAY from this company! They advertise falsely a “60 day money back guarantee “ but only offered me a “store credit” when I asked for a return ! The product is flimsy and cheap quality. They refuse to give me my money back. SCAM! STAY AWAY!
The product itself is great for the price. I really like it and it is my go to for styling my hair. The tutorials are really helpful with hints for how to use in different ways. Now, however, the shipping is HORRENDOUS!! The name is extremely misleading with the name Toronto as it comes from China!!!! I paid extra for “next day” and it took about a month to get to me in Alberta (that’s when I found out it was coming from China, as I had asked for refund for not receiving it).
