Excellent shop for earphones, headphones and related amps, dacs and accessories. Good service and reasonably fast delivery. Consider also that they offer delivery options for Europe with prepaid tax and duties at no additional cost.Highly recommended, will buy again in the future.
Changed 1 star review into 4 stars. After I'd given up on the situation already they came up with another solution and the matter has been handled in a good way. It took about 26 emails between Fiio, HifiGo and me but in the end we came to a solution. Even though at first they did not reply for a while, for the past few days the communication from HifiGo has been pretty good and overall I'm happy in the end. Thanks for your time and effort guys!
This is a fantastic company to do business with. Customer service is top notch, products are fantastic and prices are very competitive. When I had an issue with a product (it wasn’t bad, I just didn’t particularly like the sound), I was immediately given rewards points towards a future purchase without even asking for it! HiFi Go does business the way that all businesses should. They put their customers first. I’m so impressed!
