As others have said, don’t expect any form of customer support. They’ll fob you off at any opportunity and will reply to emails at max once per day with a 1 sentence reply that does nothing to help. They try to drag things out on purpose, and play on the “language barrier” sometimes. I have a faulty amplifier and I cannot get any meaningful help, it’s like they’re trying their best to make me give up.
If there was less than one star I would give it to these folks. I ordered two USBC cables. Despite offering the on the site they did not have them in stock and the shipment was delayed pending restrocking. I asked for a refund and they delayed repeatedly responding falsely that I would incur bank charges if they cancelled. They then said they had them in stock and were shipping so they would not cancel and refund. Finally I get the cables and one of the two was a USBA not a usbC. When brought to their attention the offered a partical refund which effectively left me paying for the usbA cable. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS. They are overseas and think that they can do what they want with your money and your order. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
