It took about 3 weeks, but it arrived safelyI think that iem would have been perfect if the bass and imaging could be adjusted a little more.The atmosphere of instruments and vocals was very good.Regarding accessories, many earpieces are included in the package, and I am personally satisfied with them, and the faceplate is also beautiful.I will be exclusive to this iem for a while.Thank you very much.Postscript I was surprised when I tried it with 4.4mm and normal Sednaear.The bass became tighter, and the vocals became clearer, thicker, and more airy.This is really worth it.
I have now purchased several items from Hifigo.com and can recommend them wholeheartedly.Aside from having unbeatable prices on a lot of Audio products especially Chi-Fi IEMs, DACs, Amps, they ship very promptly, have excellent customer service, and even run a pretty cool Youtube channel!Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable reseller of top brand audio products.
HiFiGo recently supplied me with a pair of Dunu Zen iem's within 10 days - from the date of online purchase to postal arrival here in The UK. The company's service is exemplary, and the Dunu Zen iem's are excellent too!I got in a muddle over ordering some other products and HiFiGo's customer service immediately voided the order as requested and refunded the amount paid to my PayPal account. I have no hesitation in Highly Recommending HiFiGo as an online retail store.
I purchased a newly released product from Hifigo. Delivery was slow (almost 1 month) but that's expected with Chinese products. In general, and therefore not only a Hifigo issue, return policies are essentially useless. So, my rule of thumb, if you buy from 3rd party resellers, you do so at your 100% risk. (For e.g., I'll never buy from Linsoul again with their ridiculous 7 day return policy & horrible customer service.) The Hifigo item was a new well anticipated product that unfortunately was a very poor quality. The sound quality was terrible. (I had better AM transistor radio 1 earpiece sound 55 years ago.) Due to Hifigo's return policy, an open IEM cannot be returned. So, $170.00 down the drain. So bear in mind, if you buy gear from any 3rd party, you're gambling on if you like the product great. If not, are you willing to lose that amount of money?
Bought Yanyin Moonlight from them and it arrived quickly to Canada in perfect condition. I really love how balanced everything sounds on them and you can easily EQ them to different sounds and they still sound good. The customer service was very helpful when I had a question about my order.
