Good RMA experience and excellent service

I live in Germany and have ordered from Hifigo a number of times. Every time it has been a trouble-free experience and I have been very happy.I had a particularly good RMA experience with a pair of HiFiMan headphones that I bought from Hifigo. Those headphones stopped working suddenly on one side and no sound could be heard. Tried new cables etc but the headphones were simply dead.I contacted Hifigo and they were very helpful. They suggested some sensible and logical troubleshooting steps and when that did not help, they promptly offered to repair the headphones for me. It was great that they offered this level of after-sale support - not something that can be always be relied upon when buying from sellers located in China.The repair process was fast (They swapped in a whole new ear-cup and driver) and I had the repaired item back within 2 weeks. Excellent.I rated only at 4 stars because the cost of the return shipping to repair the headphones was at my expense. Since the headphones failed after only 4 months, I feel that it would have been fairer for the seller to cover the return shipping cost. I will continue to purchase from Hifigo and highly recommend them.

High Speed HiFiGo.

I have recently ordered several products from HiFiGo :Aune S17, S9c reference DAC , SC1 ext clock, Sennheiser Momentum 4 wireless headphones, a few good cables including the lovely Gustard clock cable。All excellent products, no hesitating recommendation for their support and high speed delivery at least within China. At last I can buy some High Quality audio over here.

Exceptional Customer Service

Hifigo is an excellent source for portable audio equipment and accessories. Prices are much lower than purchasing from UK retailers. I originally assume that I would have to pay additional taxes, but Hifigi handle and pay all taxes as part of the shipping costs, so the product prices listed on the site are excellent.Delivery times are reasonable, usually within a week or two as the items ship from China, and a tracking number is provided.The thing that really stands out is Hifigo's excellent customer service, as communication is very fast, courteous, and helpful.I will happily purchase from Hifigo again in the future.

Amazing site for HiFi purchased likes my passione for hearphones, earphones, dacs and amplifiers. For Europe purchase Is the only one i raccomand, because It saves on taxes and It got fast delivery, only con Is it's out of EU and only 1-2 weeks for a refund, but i never asked One because new Hi-fi products are Crazy impressive.And discounts are really lovely, even with loyal point rewards, which are good for saving a bit.Incredibile racommended.

Bad Customer Service / Slow Packages

Product ordered on 02.07.23. The courier tried to deliver it but there were some issues with the address that the seller should have fixed by calling the courier (only the seller can do that and not the receiver). I contacted the seller to address the issue and tell them that the package would have not been delivered on time. They refused to help me out because of "language barrier issues" (they're from China). The package was sent back to the seller. I re-ordered the item and the seller refused to upgrade my shipping from slow to fast. This would have been highly appreciated. On this websites the prices are okay, but the customer service is very poor and not much attention is put on the client. Wouldn't recommend - especially considering that you have to wait minimum a month to receive a package to Europe.
